Location was excellent, only a short walk into the heart of the city, but the street and rooms were still nice and quiet.
A few other guests were quite loud.
Big rooms, the kitchen
The lack of hot water
The location is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic. They responded very rapidly to my messages. The kitchen is well-equipped.
The sound insulation of the room is not good.
No fuss, friendly service and clear explanation of the accommodation set up. Pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect such a good standard and certainly value for money. Thank you Harvey!
Pillows were too flat, staff were as rude claiming that we were making noise and said we couldn’t sit in the livening room at 4 in the day
