The grounds were gorgeous. The restaurant was wonderful.
Our room was very dark. I had trouble putting on my makeup and doing my hair. Frustrating. Their is no mirror in the room. Speaking as women, it could have a mirror or vanity to get ready for the day/evening.

The location and garden surrounds made it a beautiful place to stay and relax and access nearby towns. In addition the friendliness and professionalism of the staff made it one of the best places we have ever stayed.

We had a very wonderful experience while we stayed at Borgo Il Melone. The room and bath were clean and comfortable and very nicely furnished.The staff was very pleasant and very helpful to us and the breakfast presentation was nicely presented and delicious as well.
