I usually don’t give bad reviews, but the only reason I rated them as high as mediocre is the place was clean. The bad experience started right as I walked in the door to check in. Two women behind the counter and only one helping another guest. The other one looked at me, didn’t say a word and went back to reading her book for ten minutes. The women helping the other guest said she would be right with me. Finally she finished and the other woman got on her computer to help me. Second bad thing is the elevator is down. I am disabled and had to walk a flight of stairs when the elevator has been down for some time. Nothing on the website or when I called the previous day. Woman could care less when I told her I have trouble climbing stairs due to a disability and said “that’s all we got”. Since it was non-refundable we didn’t want to waste almost $300. Third thing is why a place with these prices have a 30” tv far away from the bed or couch. This is 2021 and TVs are cheap! Hell one room a night could pay for a decent 55” and two nights your looking at almost a 75”. Will not stay there again and will pay the few extra bucks for a decent hotel.

PROS: Quick and friendly staff. Great location.CONS: Breakfast unavailable due to Covid. The bed mattress was okay, but not wonderful. Duvet cover/comforter had no weight or substance. The toilet seat is so small you could only do #1 and #2 after moving on the seat. The shower head came out at my chin, so I had to bend over to wash my top half.
