Pros (+) The staff always gave a greeting and offered assistance. There was no obvious nastiness and I am a bit of a germ o phobe, I try not to look too hard as problems can be found with enough looking. My kids and wife liked the place.
Cons (-) Housekeeping staff smoked outside near the pool and the refrigerator in the room had to be unplugged due to a high pitch noise.
