Pros (+) The property is amazing, the beach in front is perfect. The food was great, staff was always kind, friendly, helpful.
Cons (-) A screen door on one of the patio doors would have been nice, so we could turn off the AC and open the doors and let the ocean breeze in without letting in bugs. That's a pretty minor thing. Oh, and keep in mind, many of the hotels in Cozumel do not have heat, it's just not needed, so don't waste time trying to get the heat to turn on.

Cons (-) The room I booked was not available so I was upgraded, yet, I really wanted the room I booked because it had a hot tub and the one I was upgraded to didn’t have a hot tub.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, everyone was helpful and happy and friendly. It made me feel at home. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. They went above and beyond at this Westin to make this trip a memorable and enjoyable experience. I can’t recommend it enough.

Pros (+) Staff was very nice, spa facilities are good. Deluxe rooms with large balcony and jacuzzi tub was awesome. All rooms are ocean front. Rooms are large, with large bathrooms. Woodwork in rooms is amazing! The pool next to the beach is huge. The pool and bar on top of the building should stay open late for adults only time. This was a great property. Last stay on Cozumel was at the Intercontinental, ...
Cons (-) Two restaurants but only one open at a time. Food and drink prices were double what would be expected.
