Not worth the price
Breakfast was included Free cancellation The manager was very understanding and compensatory about our stay.
Our first room smelt of smoke the only rooms they had left were singles or could only be opened with the master key so we wouldn’t have been able to go in and out freely. The offered us another double room that wasn’t in use because it had no tv which we had to accept. There was no parking at the hotel and the car park was abit of a drive and then a long walk back and costs £10 for 24 hours. The room was cold as the heating wasn’t working and they did not offer us a radiator we were given a duvet and duvet cover which we had to assemble ourselves. The soap dispenser and toilet roll holder was broken i wasnt very impressed for £79 per night.
Lost down back streets
No signage or help - the entrance is down back streets and up a side alley - type of place you would find a dead body in CSI. Had to wander around an inner city area at night - trying to find the hotel. Not positive - if I had been female and alone it would have not felt safe at all! Get some better signage
very good time
I enjoyed too stay in this hotel, very nice staff and very helpful, next time I coming with pleasure .Friday night I stay late on the restaurant with my friends ( reunion ) after 15 years again together and the girls (from Romania ) help as very well with everything I ask. Thank you for everything. God bless.
The night shift front desk attendant ( Saturday 24 /01) More flexible too stiff not professional
Efficiency of the staff and their helpfulness
The heating in the room I was allocated was poor. The room was freezing cold. Generally looks very basic. Complementary shower gels seemed rashoned to a point that very little came out
room was good and comfortable and staff was brillaint
due to a nearby club i was disturbed at night due to loud music and young people talking and screaming and i was not very pleased due to that as i had to sit an exam next day
the customer service was exelent , all the staff couldnt be more helpfull .
Easy walk/tram to East Croydon train station, where some standard (cheap) trains get you to London in 15 min and Gatwick airport in 20min. Very clean and tidy.
Slight stuffy smell on arrival.
When the booking said that breakfast was included I expected something more than just croissants and making your own toast. £80 is a lot of money for no cooked breakfast
It was close to the town centre.
It didn't have its own parking and the directions they gave to get to the car park were not very good.
very friendly staff.
We were kept waiting at check in because they had no knowlege of our reservation.
A generic box, but always of a comfortable standard
