Only comment they only speak Portuguese, is a touristic city should have some personnel that speak english/spanish

They didnt have the BATHHUB!!! and we reserve the room just for that, but the rest of the things were very good and confortables.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly. I can particularly commend the restaurant staff, who really entertained the kids as well! We ate supper and breakfast at the hotel. The supper was good and reasonably priced and the breakfast was more than acceptable. The hotel location is also very good. One can walk straight from the hotel onto the pedestrian streets, which are closed to traffic. The vibe is great in the evening with historical buildings, shops and restaurants all being close by. The rooms are nice, with the family rooms actually being two separate rooms. with the bathroom in-between. This gave us parents some privacy.

The street going past our room (on the front side of the hotel) was quite noisy at night. Also, the curtains don't keep the light out very well.
