Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which allows easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. Some reviewers found the staff friendly and accommodating, but many others reported negative experiences with service, citing unhelpful or rude employees. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dusty rooms, mold, and general lack of upkeep. The breakfast is often described as limited or lacking in variety, though a few guests enjoyed it. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements in service, cleanliness, and breakfast options are needed.
