Cons:I was happy with everything. Maybe complimentary bottles of water could be added to each room.
Pros:The hotel was very clean and the staff overall were very helpful. The location is also great since it's next to the San Pedro market and on a quiet street.
Cons:Our room did not have a window, and it was very easy to hear noise in the hallway and dining room.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:The checkout time was at 9 am, which is way too early, Ave there was no internal lock on the door.
Pros:WORKING INTERNET. Internet is really hard to get in Cusco, but the Terra Andina has it. The wifi only reached to a corner of our room on the 2nd floor, but that's fine: it worked really well when connected. We have to work while we travel, and other hotels have been severely frustrating for us. The staff is very helpful with printing out some documents and answering questions. The restaurant is way too overpriced to actually go to, but that's the only downside I can see. Great place, would stay again.
