A two star hotel
I like the location and easy access to freeways. The hotel space is good and beds are comfortable
The room smelled like cigarettes l, even though It was a non smoking room. The noise from next door neighbors can be annoying for thin walls.
My wife's key card would never work. The key cards did not work the entrance door which was at the end of corridor 15 feet front our room. I went to front desk three times trying to get them to make them work and they tried every time but they never did work. They complained about the machine that programs the cards but that was it. Seems like an easy fix but it isn't getting done. Maybe they should just tell the residents they can't program the cards. Or tell us when they get a card to work they will put it in the room instead of me wasting my time on some thing I feel like the new was never going to work. My wife has MS and would have appreciated not having to walk so far or wait outside till I could run all the way round the building. Such a minor fix could have created a wonder stay. I continental breakfast was the best at any hotel I have stayed. Listen to your employees and fix the damn door key machine.,The key cards did not work the entrance door which was at the end of corridor 15 feet front our room. I went ot front desk three times trying to get them to make them work and they tried every time but they never did work.
