Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's excellent central location and good value for money, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews citing unpleasant odors, cockroaches, and generally poor maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback: while some guests find the staff accommodating and helpful, others report rude or unresponsive service. The pool is a source of both enjoyment and frustration, as some guests enjoyed it while others found it unavailable or problematic. Overall, while the location and price are strong positives, cleanliness and service are areas needing improvement.
