8.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful setting and easy access to hiking trails of all levels.
Cons: The dining facilities are problematic. Food offered is below average, prices are high. Get a drink and sit on the balcony at sunset- otherwise avoid.
6.0 Good
Pros: Cost me the additional taxes and fees on arrival....thought I had paid it all at reservation time.
Cons: My room was to have a patio....not. Last at end of hall...view of mechanical stuff/ doghouse.....Windows were in terrible shape...dirty foggy looking messed up glass. Did not like the $18.00 buffet...both soups watery and tasteless. Had instead, a rather expensive salad. The basket of rolls remained empty the whole hour I was there!!!

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was disgusting dirty burn holes everywhere...looks like they have used a vacuum cleaner or mop in room in years
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Many repairs were needed in our room. The tub drain was rotten out, the A/C controls were broken off, the couch had crusty stains on it, the pillows were stained, the pool had mold and slime all over the edges, musty smell in room. Pest control paper was placed in room, must be a bug issue.
Cons: When reported musty smell in room, staff handed me an air freshener. The hallways and room were very dirty. Breakfast was advertised but minimal options were offered.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: The place was filthy, dry pee on the toilet, smears of who knows what all over the walls and even on the lamp shades. Paint and plaster cracked and coming off the walls. Beds has stains. There was not a sigle piece of furnature in the room that was not badly damaged and broken- I’m not saying just a little scuffed up, I mean totally broke, I don’t even know what could have possibly happened to damage that furnature so bad. It smelled like sewage and cigarettes in our room. The man up front was rude. I’ll never stay at another super 8.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good a\c
Cons: No elevators. Hard to climb stairs with luggage.

4.0 Okay
Cons: it was 95 degrees outside & the air conditioner on the top floor (2nd) was not even on -- the switch was hard to dial (appeared broken) but fiddling with it was finally able to get it set & took 2 hours to cool down. Book a King room non- smoking & said they had us in a double Queen room - at least got that changed. A empty laundry bag found behind the sofa & garbage behind the nightstand. Minimal accessible electrical outlets & NO spoon or utensils to stir the one bag of coffee in the room - ice machine was broken -- very lumpy uncomfortable pillows-- cigarette smoke smell in hallways -- felt 'unsafe' - very disappointed ~ lots of other guests were of the construction working drinking gang.
6.8 Good
Cons: Outdated
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The Dawson Village Inn is cheap and located right at the outlets, which is convenient to many shopping and dining locations. It is also pet friendly.
Cons: Where do I begin? When we checked in and got our room, the first thing we noticed was the overwhelming smell of smoke in our “non-smoking” room. Also, the drawers were gross and so were the walls, coffee maker, and pretty much everything else. We had our two dogs with us and I didn’t really want to let them on the grungy floor. There was only one trash can that was tiny in the entire room, and the beds were miserably uncomfortable. When we came back on the second night, our whole hall reeked of marijuana and when we called the front desk, she said the best she could do is bring us an air freshener and call the cops, which never happened. We were staying over Thanksgiving and Black Friday, and when we came back on Thanksgiving, we almost didn’t get a parking spot at the hotel we paid for because they were giving spots away to people that were going Black Friday shopping at the outlets. That in itself is ridiculous as we paid to stay there and we almost couldn’t park at our own hotel. This establishment is a dump. It’s not even worth the cheap price per night,
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean, nice rooms, decent breakfast
Cons: Took more than an hour to get another room after a pipe broke and hot water and steam were pouring out.
