Cons (-) Hampton cancelled my reservation by giving 1 hour notice in an email and resold my room. Didn’t try to call/text me. I was at work in meetings and wasn’t checking my personal email every minute of course. Cancellation wasn’t reflected in kayak or any updates that I was getting.
