Location, staff, comfortable bed.
Couldn’t regulate the temperature even though the manager came over to help. She set it to 75 because it was damp and chilly, but it never got higher than 69°.

“EVERYTHING! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My dog was welcome and enjoyed himself as much as we did. It was too cold for the pool but the hot tub was very inviting and oh so hot! This will be the only hotel we ever use for the Destin/Ft. Walton trips we take in the future.”
