Cons: While we were there they had a power outage due to a transformer. But they called the power company and it was repaired within 3 hours.

Cons: We went to get a couple of waters that night and had to wait 15 minutes until the gentleman at the front desk returned for us to pay. He didn't leave a note or anything signifying when he would return, we just waited.

Our hotel is centrally located in Dickson near many of the major attractions. Parking is always free and we have ample parking for trucks and buses. Guests of the hotel will receive a free breakfast, along with free high-speed Internet access. All of our guest rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator. Cons: I have stayed here more times than I can count since I moved 9 yrs ago . Never was I asked to pay 30.00 to check in early . My mother had to have her fingers amputated and I had not slept all night then drove from Sevierville for her surgery wanted to get a shower before heading to hospital when I was informed i would be charges an additional 30.00 if I did so I went to the hospital the way I was I had requested a non smoking room because I have had open heart surgery and can’t stand the smell of cigarette smoke I was given a room that smelled so bad even my grand daughter could not breath then had to bring all our stuff back to the front and be given another room this was the worse experience I have ever had in the 9 years of coming here and sad to say I Will Not be returning to this hotel .

Pros: This is our motel of choice when traveling to Dickson. Have stayed here several times and will again. Interior room doors, clean, very modern look. Counter staff amazingly friendly, always.

Pros: The room was nice, and it was always cleaned and ready when we came back to the hotel after visiting our brother whom is fighting terminal cancer.
Cons: Setting up a stay on line was a bad idea, Pet friendly was met with another $100 dollars for a three nite stay. When you are on a fixed income you don’t like surprises! They were rarely around and when they were not all that friendly, we won’t be back.

Pros: Everything was fine except without carpet on the floor, when you sat on the bed it would cause the metal bed frame to make a loud thud, pillows not good (smelled and bumpy) and worse yet.....see below
Cons: Before 6am the smoke alarm went off indicating battery was low. That was bad enough, but was I was told nothing could be done for a least an hour. The dog went into hysteric shakes from the shrilly noise and no more sleep for us. I ended up changing the battery. That should be general maintenance. No help from front desk man who kept reading his book.

Cons: Breakfast was Meager and hardly breakfast. A muffin, apple and runny waffle are not a breakfast. Was quite a bit more expensive than the previous super eight that I stayed in. And way worse

Cons: That we were basically down graded from a very nice renovated room, to a room that didn't look like it had been cleaned very well. Couldn't even get the tv on. Had to have someone from the office come do it. Went from 2 queen beds to 2 full beds.

Cons: We went to get a couple of waters that night and had to wait 15 minutes until the gentleman at the front desk returned for us to pay. He didn't leave a note or anything signifying when he would return, we just waited.

Cons: On Monday (Memorial Day) they closed the free breakfast bar at 9:20. Lots of people were coming down to eat breakfast at 9:30 & there was nothing. Could have left some apples & bananas out. Or muffins if any left. We slept in a little later.

Cons: Pool was indoors which was nice for year round swimming but it was noisy and smelled of chlorine as a result. The toilet should be the elongated type. Ours was tucked under a shelf which made it very uncomfortable if you leaned back.
