9.3 Excellent

Cons: Bathroom is a bit small and maybe needs some help
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Handily placed near to Le Grand Place but supremely calm and quiet, the hotel exudes a relaxed air of luxury through its very helpful staff and decor. The beds are blissfully comfortable, the room has everything you need, the bathrooms are spacious, and both are spotless, air-conditioned and quiet. We ate in both the bar and restaurant and the food and service was excellent. But then the Forte family do exceedingly great hotels.
9.0 Excellent

Pros: The hotel was pet friendly and a bed and bowl were provided for our small dog. The hotel has private parking. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and large. Air conditioning was appreciated. Very happy overall.
Cons: A price of 50€ for hosting one pet, irrespective of the duration of your stay, so excessive if only staying one night as we were.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No free parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean Quite Big rooms

10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, nice interieur, good shower, kind staff, bag storage, bath robes and slippers in hotel, water boiler and nespresso in room

Pros: Nice and helpfull staff, nice location
Cons: Not clean at all for a 4-star hotel, horrible smell everywhere...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This property met my needs in terms of location, size of room and amenities, selection at breakfast, etc.
Cons: The air conditioning was not as cold as I am used to and did not do a good job at sucking out the humidity in the room. It was a damp cool and felt more like a fan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Great hotel, comfortable and quite. Friendly stuff.
Cons: Poor in giving free water.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nothing to complain, really, very kind staff members, explained us everything. A little bit later check-out (I think it we’re 45 minutes or even an hour) was not a problem, cleaning personnel provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets. Bathroom is spacious and our view from 5th floor was outstanding. Great hotel and quite central located, about 10-15 walking minutes to the main beautiful square.
Cons: Not a real negative point, but rather one I don’t understand - the parking on the hotel territory costs 30€/night, however right in front of the hotel there is a (quite big) public parking which requires payment only from 9a.m. to, I think, 6 p.m., so the night parking is free and during the day you pay max 13.50 €. So if you don’t mind walking 10 meters to your car every day in the morning and buy a new ticket, would definitely recommend doing it this way.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The hotel has everything you need. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. We didn't have breakfast here but we did drink a great coffee. The restaurant/lounge area has a scandinavian design theme and is great to hang out. We were there in the weekend so there was a lot of parking outside in the street. The area is the euro district and is quiet (weekend) but close to the city center.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room is quiet, clean and bed is comfortable. Very close to metro and 2 stops to Grand Place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed. Great breakfast. Good location for public transport. Helpful staff.
Cons: We spent a night, left for a night & then returned for 2. Our first room was much bigger.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds Super staff, the receptionist (a very professional lady that I unfortunately forgot her name), has a lot of passion to her work. We had a trivial complaint regarding the chromecast service in our room. She came and tried to fix it herself until maintainance came, she was there along all the time and made sure that all went ok. You can only see such dedication in few people ( hats off lady !!!) The chromecast service is a brilliant service from Marriott management Room is spacious and clean Very good and convenient breakfast
Cons: Lack of in room dining choices in a neighbouhoud where everything closes super early
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Waffle making machine was a refreshing addition. Coffee maker was good. Choice was good.
Cons: For a 4 star hotel, I felt that even no water in the room, even if to discourage plastic bottles, was a bit too much of a compromise. Mini bar was empty, with a note that it is expected to be empty, I personally felt a bit humiliated by this approach of management.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were amazingly spacious and clean. All items and facilities are of high quality.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great bed and top quality service.
Cons: Brussel is a ruin filled with homeless people and beggars and smells of urin.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful. I arrived early in the morning hours before check in, exhausted, and the person at the desk, booked me into a room immediately and I was able to rest.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great location. Friendly staff. Nice to be able to have fresh water available in reception area. Food was also lovely. We also had a free upgrade to a ‘loft room’.
Cons: Not sure the ‘loft room’ we were upgraded to, was much of an upgrade. The lighting was poor (a bulb had blown in the main area), also it just meant there were steps to the bathroom, not that the room was necessarily larger. On our last morning the extractor fan dropped out of the shower ceiling narrowly missing my husband. When we reported it, we just got a bit of a lame apology. Spoilt our stay a bit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Very central.
Cons: Food was a bit pricey and my room smelled a little musky.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was TOTALLY worth it - they have a buffet but they also have a small menu you can order from. Get the Eggs Benedict for savory and the waffles for sweet (or both if you're me haha). The room was very nice but dark for my taste - not a lot of light and the furnishings were very dark. The bathroom as well. Also the standup shower was great but the back half of open with no for which was pretty but water goes EVERYWHERE. So put down lots of towels. The lobby was beautiful and staff was so friendly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best hotel in Brussels. Great atmosphere and an excellent restaurant/bar.
Cons: Breakfast is nice, but somewhat average.
9.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and the place, nice staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You don't even get the second foot in the door before you're greeted by friendly and welcoming staff waiting to attend to your every need. The breakfast (if you choose to have it included) is a fresh, healthy and great quality variety also with impeccable service and choices. The rooms are adequately sized and the beds and pillows are quite plush. There are slippers and robes for your added comfort and the tea selection in the room is great. The bathrooms are fully equipped and have a very modern and Chiq decor. Room service was a bit costly (as it is with most hotels) but this was because while the quality of the food was great and fresh, I really didn't enjoy the flavor. It is conveniently located between the trams and close to the Brussels midi station. Also, on Rue Louise there are all the major high end brands for clothing, jewelry, shoes and perfume, there are chocolatiers and other typically European magazines. Once you head out the revolving doors of Rue du Châtelain, and turn right, you will see that there are many cafés, bars, bistros, and magazines (shops) along the way. The cuisine is mainly, Italian, French and English, and there are Asian restaurants and a conveniently located liquor store to get your Belgian beer. There's also a food store further down. In the opposite direction, about a 30 min stroll away, there is the European Parliament, and the Grande Place that hosts many of the museums, a must see is the Music Museum, and a must have is the Belgian chips/fries and waffles. Hopefully this helps!
Cons: The dinner I ordered in room service was not a good taste for me.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very well maintained tidy rooms, reception staff very cooperative.Executive room are spacious with very comfortable beds.

Pros: Location was great, near the Grand Square and Brussels Central Train Station. Room was large for European standard, with comfortable bed and air conditioning. There are not many rooms so the service was very personalised.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the train station and easy to get to landmark and points of interest from.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Very tired, rooms in need of refurbishment. Electrical units exposed and dirty aircon unit that appeared to have melted. Not particularly clean. Dated bathroom. Staff were miserable, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and there was no apology, just told to return later. Wouldn’t stay here again, very expensive for what it is.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Studio bedroom fitted out to a high spec! . Only negative comment is that the advertised roof top sun deck looks out on to some fairly shabby apartments ... but if you turn a blind eye to that it’s 5*
10.0 Excellent

It's also 1 block from Bruxelles Central train station, which is very convenient if you need to travel to other cities or the airport. Facilities are superb. Our room was very big and had a terrace which we enjoyed a lot.
Cons: The double bed in our double room was in fact two twins together which made us sleep quite uncomfortably.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious, with lots of natural light with a nice view over the city. The lobby and hallways have a great smell throughout. The bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly, room service was quite fast.
Cons: We didn’t have any bathrobes in our room but when we phoned to reception the quickly brought us some new ones to the room. We were also missing a hairdryer which was advertised on booking.com. All the soap dispensers were empty and not refilled when the rooms were cleaned. But these are things that are easily sorted and I am being picky, because we really enjoyed our stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the view was amazing love the window screens. Bed super comfortable and soft.
Cons: only thing missing was the handsoap bottle that was empty. The rest was perfect!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location, facilities, staff, and cleanness. They also gave us our room earlier than the check in time because we arrived earlier.
Cons: The pillows were a bit difficult to sleep on.
4.3 Okay
Cons: Hello, My name is Abrar Khan and I have stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 4th August for a price of 249 Euros as it is quoted on the final receipt I got while checking out. I have paid the entire amount upfront and was charged an additional 60 Euros as a deposit which I was told that will be refunded 2-3 days after checkout. Now when I check my account balance, forget that 60 Euros, I was charged an additional 260 Euros again for no reason. The source mentioned was that of "The Hotel Brussels". If that i the case I am going to need to have that refund right away or I will have to make police complaint against this. Being a reputed hotel this looks highly ugly on your side as this is a clear case of fraud which I will not hesitate to report if not being solved right away. I am waiting for a reply as soon as possible.
8.8 Excellent

Cons: Not much
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One seriously won’t be able to find a better hotel for a holiday that tops The Hotel. Utterly amazing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, comfort. Was great.
Cons: Breakfast was limited value for money. Omelets at extra price for a 27€ breakfast (reduced to 20€) was a bit surprising. But the only low of the stay.
6.5 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the temperature in the room is easily regulated, the room is well sound-proofed, so it is quiet at night. We had a corner room and the view is really nice. The light controls and the curtain controls are automated and can be manipulated with a push of a button. The location is great for shopping, walking to local attractions, and as a starting point to almost anywhere. I might or might not stay again - the negatives are not terrible, in the grand scheme of things.
Cons: The shower enclosure is not well designed and the water constantly goes over the lip of a very shallow shower pan - even if you try to stand up against the wall, only shower with the handheld shower, etc. So we couldn't enjoy the rainfall shower head which was huge and lovely because then you essentially have a lake in your bathroom. For the most part we had a soggy towel on the floor near the shower at all hours. Also the toilet is separated from the rest of the room with just glass so privacy or soundproofing there does not exist, and given that it is a European -sized room, if one of you is up to use the bathroom at night, it is impossible for the other to stay asleep as it is an echo chamber. The breakfast is severely overpriced for the options available and/or service provided - at least one of them needs to improve. Even though we travel a lot, still for a tourist from the US it is quite surprising - for 28 Euro per person I would want something more lavish in terms of food variety or much better service - waiters pouring your coffee or tea instead of you wresting with the automatic machines - something.

Pros: location is good, quiet and easy access to centre and highway. The swimming pool is nice and so is the gym.
Cons: 1.forgot to put the baby cot inside the room despite requested it and received email confirmation two days prior to check-in, yet still forgot to put the cot in the room. 2. food was very average. Charged 40 euros per person for the dinner buffet which the choices were very limited, food was way too salty and not worth the money. 3. room was not too clean, can find dust all over the cupboard and wardrobes.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds and pillows are very comfortable! Staff is friendly and will help with directions or suggestions for where to go. It is easy to walk to many locations/ popular destinations from the hotel, and the metro is right there. Some rooms don't have a view, but I had a very nice view. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is very nice. It was nice and quiet, too. Bathroom is nice, and I like that the shower head is adjustable. You can turn off all the lights from the bed, too.
Cons: The only thing to watch out for is booking a taxi from the hotel. If you book it through the hotel, the taxi will be on time, but be sure to ask in advance if the taxi will take credit cards. We didn't find out our driver didn't take credit cards until we got to the airport. I was lucky to have had the fifty euro in cash on me. It might be better to book a taxi through booking.com. That really doesn't reflect on the hotel... it's just an FYI for booking taxis. The hotel was very nice. If they had a bath tub in the room, I would've been in heaven.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know traveling to Brussels. Location is perfect, and the staff were brilliant too.

Pros: Everything was fine, the location was perfect, the rooftop was nice with a beautiful view
Cons: Our bathroom need some maintenance, you couldn’t open it from the inside so sometimes I stayed locked in it, we told the staff but they never fixed it. The shower was really small.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location was the key. Central, largely pedestrianised streets nearby, and a metro station right outside.
Cons: We chose to pay for breakfast one morning. Given the price, it was not best value.

4.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the location being close to tourist attractions. We also enjoyed very much the rooftop breakfast. Room was small but it was fine.
Cons: Our room was uncomfortably hot. It was mid-April. Front desk staff explained their air conditioning system had not been in summer setting yet. Hot air was blowing in the vent. When we opened the windows, it was so noisy with drunk people going home.
4.3 Okay
Cons: Receptionist were bad the one who did the check in process was very bad he didn’t calculate the total amount of money right chose any hotel accept this hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is fabulous. Location, staff, facilities all are well maintained.
Cons: I did not find anything which I can mention here as bad.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was great to have a restaurant on site as it was pouring with rain when we arrived. The room was ideal for us as a family - we were in the same room but it was divided in two, so there was an internal door between us and the kids. Very convenient.
Cons: The kids were in the room nearest the door to the hallway and it was easy for them to get out. We ended up putting something in front of the door.
7.0 Good
Cons: I had a bad experience with their parking. After I paid for the parking ticket, the gate didn't open and I had to wait for the hotel staff to come to open it for me (other people in the cars behind me were very frustrated!). They said it is a technical problem and it has been going on for sometime !. the next day (after I checked out) the same exact issue happens! Very inconvenient
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, Breakfast Buffet, amenities and Facilities Great Location in Europe District
Cons: the bathroom's sink is blocked and need to fix

Pros: Pretty cool hacking pool table and games in reception
Cons: What is on the Dinner menu is not what you receive?! Kitchen just seem to make it up despite a description - go figure

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Large room, comfortable, well located, very welcoming and helping staf
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was especially good for a gluten free diet - very good taken care of. Staff in general very kind, helpful and trying to deliver best service!
Cons: I am a frequent business traveller with hundreds of nights all over Europe in the last 10 years. This has been the absolute low point of all experiences. If you are the responsible manager and reading this you may consider forwarding this to the headquarter so they free up some budget for more personal and renewing equipment. At least my room (518)(stay from 29. to 30.07) was a total mess. On top of my mind these points Cleanliness - the fabric on the floor was so dirty and had huge stains which looked like somebody did splatter a snickers on it (or several snickers) and nobody did care to fix it. You could clearly saw the chocolate or whatever it was on the fabric. Not one stain but it was all over - the desk chair and the desk looked so dirty it was disgusting. Looked like somebody has turned on youp*rn and had his fun before I got the room. Ewww... - bathroom was clean but maybe it was just because of the lights (see down here) Equipment - half of the lights in the bathroom were broken / not working - doors of the cabinet with broken hinges - iron in the cabinet was broken (staff gave me a new one and put the broken one in the next room. Smart!) - several electricity/cable outlets damaged - AC did not blew air until switched on to the maximum (probably a binary AC ;)) - the door is clamped and needed a very strong push to open (grandma would not be able to do this). Overall the door and lock looked and felt broken. I did not have the time to arrange a change of rooms due to business appointments but overall it was disastrous. I should have taken photos but I wasn't there to do the managements job. I was actually asked at the business meeting how the hotel was and I am quite sure about at least 20 regular business travellers to Brussels won't consider staying there ever now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room size is unexpectable, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was great.
Cons: While booking we didn’t realize that the swimming pool was not for free, but 25 euros a person as it’s not Steigenberger’s swimming pool.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Good location, clean room
Cons: Espresso machine didn’t work, couldn’t get tv working, nothing was done about it. The spa below tried over charging us and has extremely rude staff.

Pros: The room was big and comfortable. The service of the hotel is very good.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff helpfulness

Big bathroom with two washing basins, shower and bath tub. Good location, good neighborhood, frequent tram connection, restaurants, cafés. Parking possibilities (paying)
Cons: The WC was narrow and rather uncomfortable. I wonder why it was so small because there was so much space in the room. It's a detail but it can very inconvenient at times !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Good price value ratio. Quick check in/out. Room size and bed mattress were better than expected. Parking. A/C was amazing.
Cons: Toilet was separated from the bathroom, which was weird and unusual!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff lovely. Rooms large and comfortable. Very handy location.
Cons: There was a lot of building noise in the mornings - but at least it got us up and out! And to renovate, noise is unavoidable. Hope it looks good when it is completed. Also the vibrations from the works must keep disconnecting the led light fittings in the bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location near chatelaine but also the subway. Style of the hotel. Cordiality of the staff. Paloma at the reception was amazing
Cons: Nothing. Maybe you can put some chocolate in the mini bar

Cons: I paid for this hotel and the air condition was a priority for me and my kid's. The A/C was not working I complained twice for 2 nights no one's did anything for me. I spoke to one lady in the reception she was very rude with me. She said sorry we can't do anything for you. I told here so I'm leaving she said ok !! I took some of my family bags and I planned to come and take the rest. She did the check out without me ?? Another thing , we hade Powell dirty and asked them many times to change it no one's did the hotel not clean. The hotel and that lady on the reception was disappointed. I advise anyone planning to visit Brussels to skip this hotel. Not good at all.

Comfort, modernity, design. Hotel Pullman Brussels Centre Midi is the upscale 4-star hotel designed by the architect Jean-Philippe Nuel. Here you'll find many of the iconic historical highlights, such as the Grand Place and Brussels' town hall. Our hotel is ideal for business and leisure, for your seminars and a weekend getaway.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location if you needed to be by the train station. And the hotel was very modern.
Cons: The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We came in from Amsterdam where there was no A/C during a heat wave. We took the Thalys speed train to Brussells and the Pullman is attached to the train station which was awesome. It has A/C and the room is modern and clean, the bathroom is modern and the size was enough for us. And there's a full service Haagen-Daz right to it. The hotel restaurant is also very classy. The bartenders were wonderful. The drinks, coffee, food were all good.
Cons: I can't really think of anything I disliked. The elevators were a bit cramp but, not a big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place
Cons: The food was too small No side dishes example chips or pototaes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The free fruit juice from the fridge. The spacious and extremely clean bedroom. The waiter who gave us coffee & pastries in the morning with the 10Euro voucher given to us.
Cons: Nothing at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and I liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom.
Cons: I was disappointed I didn't have a view. Also I made a coffee in my room but I only had one sachet which was not refilled so the next day I could only have tea or decaf coffee. I had a couple of drinks in the lounge bar and asked for a cheese plate which took about 20 min to come. This was far to long to wait. There was a man on the other table who was still waiting for his meal to come when I left. The staff member that was working was really busy and I think more staff should have been on to help. He was very polite but it was obvious that more staff should be on, not just one person.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It worked for me well I had a one night layover and going to take the train the next day. There were an inside door to the train station and easy access to the terminal. Too many services inside the train terminal. The hotel had a late check out option by paying 10 euros per hour which was great for me.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, excellent location, clean rooms
Cons: Noise from out side the hotel as it is in the center of Brussels, they need to put soundproofing windows
7.0 Good
Pros: Right next to Brussels Central Station. Excellent breakfast buffet plus you can get freshly cooked eggs. Wide range of pastries, toast and even a waffle maker. Special thanks to Louise at breakfast reception desk; her friendly, intelligent manner was much appreciated. Deluxe King room was spacious, quite and overlooked the smurf sculpture. Good bedside reading lights, a comfortable King sized bed and extra bed was also high quality. We used the empty mini bar fridge to store our own fruit from Carrefour express, opposite the hotel and drinks. Staff overall were cheerful and professional.
Cons: Housekeeping was a bit rushed: they couldn’t give us the right number of towels each day and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned everyday. When we checked in, the hypoallergenic pillows we requested weren’t there however it was quickly remedied. The bedroom only had 3 drawers for clothes storage which was too little for our stay. There were only mirrors in the bathroom and on the wardrobe. The restaurant was relatively expensive so we ate in the old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, very clean. Location is perfect across the street from Central Station.
Cons: Loud music in the street on Sat night that we could hear since the room was facing Central Station where people were playing music... my son could not sleep easily that night. The hotel can not do anything about it.
6.0 Good

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's right across Central Station which is awesome if you plan to go on day trips to other towns. It's also in the Grand Place area which is beautiful. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I felt itchy from the sheets. The bathroom was lacking towel racks/hangers. The bed was too soft we found it hard to sleep.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is very central and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants. Breakfast was good . Front desk stuff are very friendly , welcoming abc professionals !
Cons: The executive longe located at ground flour very far from the suites and junior suites area. Food served there was very basic and poor. The bar At the lobby is closed at midnight on weekends ...

Pros: Location. Food.
Cons: Room design very poor. Bathroom door conflicts with main door and closet door conflicts with both. You can break your fingers if not careful. Bathtub very slippery, extremely dangerous.
