Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport, shopping centers, and the city center. Many found the breakfast to be varied and enjoyable. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests noting friendly and helpful staff, while others experienced less attentive or unmotivated service. Cleanliness was also mixed, with several reviews mentioning issues such as stained carpets or bathrooms, but others describing rooms as clean and comfortable.
