Pros: Fabulous hostess!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This house is so beautiful and in heart of Dijon. You can walk everywhere. Our host Marie-Ellen looked after us so well. We loved it and highly recommend it!
Cons: Maybe a small fridge in room might be nice to keep wine or food from market. Not a big deal but might be something to add?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a little gem. You enter a courtyard through a gate. The hotel is externally built in the old French style, like a manor house, and inside it has been renovated. Very tasteful and furnished with antiques. We were warmly welcomed and we could communicate in English. There is also an indoor pool where you can refresh yourself. Very clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious. There were croissants, bread, fruit and you could order eggs. We had the feeling to be a guest of a French family. The location was perfect, you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. In 2 minutes you come to a small square with many restaurants, where you could have a great dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable accommodation accessed via a private courtyard in central Dijon. The cities, shops, restaurants and sites within walking distance. It’s less a hotel more a large property for guests to go and come. Very nice breakfast provided other than that the only staff we met was the owner who showed us our room and left us to it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely place that did meet expectations. The lady running the place is a very charming madame.
Cons: Everything perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly staff, large room and bathrom
7.3 Good
Pros: Excellent location and accommodating staff.
Cons: The only things I didn't like were that the room did not have a comfortable chair to read in, and the bathroom wasn't supplied with soap. I like to sit up while I am reading, and not at a desk chair. And I don't like to wash with shower gel.
7.7 Good
Cons: nothing to mention
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and very comfortable. The bathrooom was modern and very well equiped.
7.3 Good
Pros: Please write at leastThe decor is very attractive and the staff super helpful by driving us to the train station during a strike.

Cons: Outlook from window
6.8 Good
Pros: Excellent dining
Cons:
5.2 Okay
Pros: Good situation in the center of Dijon
Cons: Hotel sart renovation, restorant was closed
5.6 Okay
Pros: The helpfulness of the staff. The central location.
Cons: The first and more expensive suite we had was dark, no views very noisy if you opened the window due the air conditioner units operating. There were faults with curtains not well hung and not closing and the bathroom fittings were not all working. We did request a change of room and this was quickly done and the second and cheaper room was very good.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent restaurant.
Cons:
3.2 Mediocre
Pros: The location-it's in the center
Cons: I didn't ike, that I had to wait for the morning coffee for 10 minutes and the breakfast selection was poor. The room was a bit worn and it was difficult with a child to get upstairs as the elevator didn't go to the floor the room was located on. And also some of the reception ladies had a bit arrogant attitude.
Hôtel Oceania Le Jura Dijon - Dijon - Building
3
8.9 Excellent (1,337 reviews)
C$ 175+
Overview Reviews
"The hotel is now open after 1 year of renovation. Come and see a completely transformed Spa hotel, now with 4-star The Oceania Le Jura**** Dijon hotel is set to be awarded its 4th star following the extensive works that are currently transforming this characterful hotel, located just 150m from the TGV train station in Dijon city centre, into a genuine modern designer cocoon. It has been a welcome stopover for travellers since 1857, situated right beside the citys 2 new tram lines (10 mins from the Palais des Congrs convention centre).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great, the staff was very friendly, it was in a great location and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The sauna smelled a bit weird but it may just be the cleaners they use here. The parking is very very tight (we drove a full sized car and had difficulty parking)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff - Thank you. Awesome facilities Close to train station - very quiet accommodation Lovely indoor pool & hot tub
Cons: Nil
7.9 Good
Pros: The swimming pool was good for a quick dip at the end of a long day travelling. Hotel was clean and modern. Easy to find and walking distance to the center. Would recommend Dijon for a stopover - lots to see.
Cons: The hotel underground parking has a height restriction of 1.9 meters. There is no where locally in a car park (we checked all nearby car parks) that will take a car with a roof box (all have height limits). We had to park on the street near the hotel. There were a lot of homeless people in the area as the municipal park is nearby and the car (with contents) didn't feel safe at night. We probably should have stayed at a hotel further out with its own ground level secure parking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly, the breakfast very good value. Location in between train station and city centre is perfect. The room was very comfortable and bathroom had a bench to put things.
7.5 Good
Cons: Long delay at checkin. Coffee machine was broken
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly at reception.
Cons: Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination
9.2 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the train station. There is also a lovely little garden.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel - location, ease of parking, staff, modern rooms and baths, breakfast and price! Five minute walk to old town (centre ville). The place to stay when visiting Dijon.
Cons: nothing

7.9 Good
Cons: Literally no drawer space and virtually no shelf space for clothes. We had to live out of our suitcase for 3 days.
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely room with really comfortable bed and decent (if small) bathroom. Breakfast was excellent as it should be for over €20! Staff professional and friendly as you would expect at this level of hotel. Parking underground was convenient.
Cons: The AC was much too cold - thermostat not working. Room was modest in size and very expensive for a provincial town.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful decor. Beautiful gardens, customer service was outstanding. Great size rooms with beautiful Decor
Cons: Nothing it was all great
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Walk in wardrobe area was a little difficult to navigate once suitcases were in
7.9 Good
Pros: For the most part, staff were very attentive and helpful, let down by only one supercilious young man at check-in, who will hopefully grow out of his inappropriate attitude in due course. The room we occupied was large by modern standards, well appointed, attractive, and very comfortable. Noise from the street was non-existent thanks to efficient sound-proofing provided by triple-glazed windows. Comfortable bar, reasonable restaurant.
Cons: Although this is a quality hotel that lives up to its five stars, the prices still seem higher than can be justified.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room, very comfortable. Beautiful historic building with modern sleek interior. parking in back garage.
Cons: signage or directions to garage.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The building is nice.
Cons: Restaurant is a drama. Cold food, after complaining headed in microwave. Breakfast also poor. No 5 star at all. Bad coffee and a boiler that does not work to boil your eggs yourself?! No porter to help with stroller up the first 8 stairs to hotel reception Car park old full of spiders and very dark and dirty. Bathroom no water out of shower due to no maintenance. Mold in shower on walls Not a 5 star hotel anymore.
7.0 Good
Pros: Easy access to the city's attractions and restaurants
Cons: Staff could put more smiles on their faces and offer more help. Generally ok
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The bathroom.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good food preparation facilities in room for anyone staying for a few days.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. We slept like logs, awoke refreshed and ready for next 500k journey. In fact, have booked for our return trip.
Cons: Would have liked a kettle in the kitchen, had to boil a saucepan for tea, but that wasn't really a problem. Also, would like breakfast to include some gluten-free items, other than fruit or yogurts.

Cons: Bed and especially the pillows

Dijon has beautiful vineyards, a rich cultural heritage, and now its first Design HotelsTM member, Vertigo Hotel, just a stone's throw from Darcy Square. Impressive in scale and charmingly Parisian in style—due to the Haussmann-esque façade and the hotel’s selection of fine wine—Vertigo Hotel ticks all the right French boxes. With a clear black-and-white color scheme, Vertigo's 42 rooms are full of little surprises, such as suspended beds, a mirrored media entertainment system, photograph-bedecked ceilings, and numerous welcome gifts, including a drink on arrival. The 42 rooms and suites at Vertigo Hotel range from 18 to 50 square meters, and all feature a signature Vertigo bed, an interactive 101-centimeter mirror TV, a Mac Mini, and an Italian shower.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is fabulous, the staff were really friendly , especially Antoine in the cocktail bar. The rooms although compact were so well designed, attention to detail everywhere . We were on a 14 night road trip from uk to The Amalfi coast , this was one of the cheaper hotels but definitely one of the best .. great little spa, sensible 12 noon checkout. Secure parking at only €15 per day, the opportunities to use complimentary BMW bikes too. We love Dijon, so this Hotel will be our go to in future .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very Friendly , ideal location

7.9 Good
Pros: Visually stunning, and great position. Enjoyed cocktail happy hour ( 2 for 1) and lovely spa area.

5.8 Okay
Pros: parking was good, close to tram stop into the centre and restaurants closeby
Cons: arrived to be told I'd only booked for 1 person but that it wasn't a problem. I didn't understand as my booking searches for a hotel were for myself and my wife and all my documentation did not state a single person booking. I was disappointed to find I had been booked into a disabled room with its revised facilities even though I was staying for 5 nights but fortunately we moved rooms the following day. Upon checking out I found I had been charged for the additional person in my room again despite the documentation stating max 2 persons and breakfast included and this had not been told to me or I would have probably taken breakfast elsewhere.

Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good

Cons: Could have used a few more towels and toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer very low power.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Great location right in the heart of town. Small but nice rooms with big windows and views.
Cons: First room was not clean and had drapes ripped off the wall. Was quickly given a second room but card key system for electricity wasn't explained so I didn't have power the first night. Great potential for this place but not very user friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was super! Parking was available close by. The staff was great. The rooms were nice, spacious and quite. The place was clean, beds comfortable.
Cons: Not a big deal, but the pillows were very big. We like them more flat.

Cons: Wi fi is so slow and not reliable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great location in the heart of city center. Monoprix grocery down the street. Room was clean. Shampoo/body wash provided. Some basic kitchen wear, fridge, microwave, kitchenette in room. I feel like it was a great value for what the room and location offered. An easy 10 minute walk from train station or less -- practically a straight, level line.
Cons: The shower door location was a bit in the way to turn the faucet on with the sink right next to it. An ironing board in the room would have been helpful. Hallways are well-worn and dated, if that's a deal breaker for you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location. Room view. Clean. Polite staff. Excellent.
Cons: TV not working.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Balcony, nice view, comfortable bed

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb. It is centrally located in a wonderful walking area. The room was large and comfortable with a small kitchenette.
Cons: The hallways were warn and dirty. The hotel says that it has parking, but there are only three spaces. Everyone else needs to go to a public parking garage.

Pros: The decor in the shared spaces and the backyard bar-b-que gave the hotel a feeling of comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a great boulangerie 2 doors up.
Cons: The initial difficulty of getting in and out of the building as there is no one on reception between 12 and 2pm and access is only through access code. A few more instructions about access when booking would have been helpful.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was ideally located for the old town
Cons: Although the rooms appear to have been recently updated. It is an old building and cannot compare with a modern equivalent. The room was quite dark and there were no tea making facilities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old house with character. Location was superb. Staff very friendly. Car parking close by, secure and very reasonably priced at €6.00 for 24 hours, which I paid for at the hotel when I was checking out. Will definitely return here.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, great location in the town centre and very helpful staff.
Cons: Older style than expected, baroque not modernist but extraordinary clean. .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dynamic room with a cave like basement which my children thought was utterly amazing. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, gorgeous high ceilings, original carved stonework in the toilet, fantastic location for strolling around the city and a delicious breakfast. We got lucky with a parking space right outside the reception but there were parking spaces all along the road outside so it wouldn't have been all that tricky parking the car for the night. Dijon is a very pretty place and I have every intention of going back to visit the city and the hotel. 5* in my opinion.
Cons: It would be even better to have parking for guests only but that would be my only view to improving it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was classic hotel located in the safe area near to the central. Coffee, tea and water is only1.3euro! Staff is so friendly. In the 2 min distance there is mini mart, I could use bath tab!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and a location centrally with parking nearby a strong possibility.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, service brilliant
Cons: Slightly dated decor, no air con
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great, lots of choice and really good value for money. Children under 10 were free which I also thought was great. Very friendly staff and a perfect location to discover Dijon.
Cons: The room was a tad on the dark side. A lighter choice of colour on walls and ceiling would make a huge difference. The communal areas e.g. stairs/landing areas could do with a freshen/brighten up as they were tired looking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly, very centrally located, comfortable bed and parking directly outside but meted free from 7 pm Friday evening through to Monday morning.

7.1 Good
Pros: Good continental breakfast with attentive hosts. Our bedroom was clean and tidy, the double bed was comfortable. The view was great, the setting was very nice, the pool area was pleasant (except for the chemical imbalance).
Cons: We booked here because of the warm weather and it had a nice looking swimmimg pool, and was near Gevrey Chambertin. However when we arrived we were told there was a problem with the pool, it was green. So we could not use it. The owner was shock treating the pool after we arrived. Also, the WiFi did not work in the bedroom. I was told it worked in the breakfast room upstairs, which was correct. There was a WiFi range extender with strong signal in the bedroom, but it did not give internet connection.
6.7 Good
Pros: Pretty gardens. Good breakfast. Charming hosts
Cons: Rubbish wifi. Nice bedroom but the door onto the public patio was the only source of fresh air.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and beautiful locaction

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location perfect for us and our dog
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host and hostess (Madame Christianne and Missour Dominique) were exceptionally welcoming. They met us at the door and though they spoke no English they were very patient with our limited French and use of Google Translate! The rooms were all very quaintly personalized by Christianne and the terrace outside quiet and peaceful. The property is on the GR, so as hikers we were very happy! The shared kitchen was perfect (it has a hot plate, microwave and small fridge) and made meals easy. Chamboeuf has little in the way of food but 12 minutes away Gevrey-Chambertin has restaurants and groceries and an ATM. Note that the property accepts cash and no cards so come prepared.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Friendliness Location Good.coffee in the morninig
Cons: Rooms very dated Everything in need of restauration No airco/ no wifi No possibility to buy something to drink Swimming pool not clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were very generous and helpful, make a huge effort to clear the snow so we were able to drive safely. Very comfortable accommodation and nice breakfast with home made food.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were fantastic
Cons: Door to the bedroom did not shut easily and door to the bathroom did not lock
7.1 Good
Pros: The outdoor space immediately outside the room was lovely, if but the view was scuppered by the trees. The car parking was okay, and well off the road. There was an unexpected communal kitchen area complete with fridge, hob and sink as well as crockery and cutlery. All the guests of the evening ended up in the kitchen at the same time, which was slightly unfortunate but it was nice to be able to cook something as opposed to go out. It was lovely cooking some pasta and sitting out on the terrace, although it was a little cool even in mid august, but there were blankets in the room which we were able to wrap around us when the sun went down.
Cons: The decor of the rooms was very dated and in need of refurbishment. Glad we had google translate as there was no English speaking hosts, although perhaps we should speak better french when in France, although, when we did ask questions in french, there was no offer of a map or anything of such. Payment was in CASH only, which meant we had to find a cash machine, so a good drive out from the B&B, and we had to ask for a receipt to provide a means of confirmation that we had actually paid.

Cons: Beds and coffee machine in breakfast room,to complicated
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location very good, easy to get to on outskirts of a busy city with bonus free underground parking on site. Staff very helpful, on a tram stop so very easy to do the Dijon walking tour. Rooms and all areas very modern and crisp, lots of lifts.
Cons: It is a chain hotel and used by lots of business people, therefore all drinks etc are pricey by french standards, we asked for a bottle of champagne in the room for a friend’s birthday, it was 90 euros but with a few free nibbles. Breakfast at 19.50 euros meant we ate out while doing the walking tour!
6.7 Good

9.1 Excellent
Pros: This is a good hotel very close to the main train station - less than a 1 block walk. Also convenient to stroll to the historic downtown. The tram that circles the city stops right in front. Marvelously helpful clerk at the front desk.
Cons: The breakfast is the bare minimum that one might expect.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location to explorer from. Parking is just round the corner from the hotel. If you have a large car you'll need to be extra careful entering and exiting the car park.

7.1 Good
Pros: Very Nice staff, good location, clean rooms
Cons: very small rooms, poor breakfast, breakfast room very very small, my pregnant wife had problems walking between the tables. Spa outside of hotel, had to walk 50 meters. Doesn’t meet the value for money. Overall experience good, but in my opinion not a 4 star location. Too expensive for they offer
6.7 Good
Pros: - Rose (Front Desk) was super nice and helpful - The room was definitely comfortable and beds were very clean and fresh. - Location was great to walk around Dijon and close to the train station so we were able to drop luggage off as soon as we arrived in Dijon.
Cons: - The wifi was out most of the time we were there that made it inconvenient as my daughter had a work commitment that we could not meet due to the wifi issue. - Unfortunately our room aligned with the neon Kyriad sign right outside our window so tho we had dark curtains, neither one of us wanted to sleep in a cave like atmosphere, so we opted for some of the neon lighting. I will most likely not stay at a Kyriad hotel in future. - I think it would help if the main carpet on the stairs and in the room we were in was replaced. It is showing its years of foot traffic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in staff were brilliant Room was big and clean Hotel was central for everything Dijon is beautiful Breakfast was okay

Pros: Extremely convenient stop off for our trip south. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic - especially the ‘manager’ last night (4th Aug) who was genuinely invested in making sure our stay was fantastic. If you are reading this THANK YOU so much - you made the start to our holiday amazing.
Cons: Nothing.
7.1 Good
Pros: Pets stay for free. Free parking. Great for an overnight stop on a long route.
Cons: I was double charged due to the hotel employee's mistake. It was resolved later but I would have preferred immediate credit applied to my credit card.
6.0 Good
Cons: The internet was spotty at best. The room was too small to turn around in. It was more important for the establishment to light up the facade for cars on the highway than to allow us a drape to block the light
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was meeting my expectations
9.2 Excellent
Pros: big room great bathroom staff very helpfull clean and easy

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely beautiful hotel located across the Palais des Ducs in the heart of Dijon. Perfectly acclimatized rooms with very confortable beds. Lots of information for your visit to Dijon present. Coffee in the room was delicious. Ideal for a short citytrip.
Cons: During our stay we had some severe tropical storms after a period of heavy sun that flooded the sewer system. Despite intervention, the odor in the corridor to the rooms was troublesome. The rooms itself were luckily spared of this discomfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Very spacious room, confortable bed, very clean, felt like new.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful room with a great bathroom.
Cons: Everything was great
6.3 Good
Pros: very good location.
Cons: Very hard bed. Very noisy all night long. Inattentive staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotels location was perfect. No need for the car as all was well within walking distance. The room was very comfortable if a little unorganised
Cons: Its the little things that go a long way to making any stay better. 1/ Simply replacing the Teabags would be nice 2/ Simply replacing the Shower gel would be nice 3/ Breakfast, please think long and hard about paying the 12 euros for breakfast. It is not what you would expect. !st morning, just a few slithers of cheese, pain au chocolate and a croissant each. No yogurt, cereal or juice. Next breakfast, was a bit better in that I got offered juice after I had finished my croissant. Have a wander, there is a small brasserie by the carousel that offers scrambled eggs and toast for 8 euros. But of course, the easiest thin to do is buy it fresh and eat it in your room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious comfortable accomodation
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is excellent.
Cons: There were a few minor housekeeping issues. There is no proper reception as such. Contact is made through the restaurant which can be a little difficult when the restaurant is busy and the person in charge of bookings is unavailable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: My family had 3 rooms in this small hotel. All of them were beautifully appointed. If you can, stay in the suite, it is rather lovely - a fab roll top bath in the bedroom!
Cons: Check in is at the bar, in their restaurant. A little weird!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated behind a restaurant in a beautiful square. The room was immaculate and of unusual design. The bathroom and shower are fantastic.

Pros: Excellent location, local restaurants are only fair. Local restaurant Kitchen open hours a bit different. Advertise a breakfast but kitchen not open till 11:00am
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed for one night in this beautiful hotel. I was already impressed with all their on-hands correspondence before our arrival, but then the staff were equally friendly upon check-in. The staff even assisted us in parking our large vehicle in their hotel parking garage! Our apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had every little amenity needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and bedding were superb and there was very little noise given the wooden floors. The location of this hotel is excellent. You are right in the middle of the center where all the beautiful buildings are. We can really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Dijon. You will love it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great staff
Cons: All was excellent
7.9 Good
Pros: Very spacious 2-bedroom apartments with a lovely outlook. Very quiet and right in the centre of town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was large and very clean with air conditioning. The hotel was only a few steps from the centre of Dijon and the restaurant recommendations were so helpful. The hotel car park, which we booked in advance, made things very easy. The sweets on the reception desk were also a treat!
Cons: There were only two minor points; there was no lock on the bathroom door and the sofa only sat 3 people which was a slight problem as we were four adults. But we would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Pros: We enjoyed being right in the city center in an ancient building which has been set up with just the right things to be a great starting point to explore Dijon and all those beautiful sights in the area around. We had the blind dog of my parents with u and got an apartment right on the ground level. This was just perfect. Thank you again!
Cons: There were only two small spoons in the apartment. But we didn't even ask to get more :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I like this hotel because it was something a little different Big rooms and big bathroom. Very quiet. A little hard to find, but walking distance to everything
Cons: Staff was informative, but not super frendly
4.6 Okay
Pros: goed
Cons: Inside our room and directly next to our bed was an enormous boiler/heating system. Because of that it was extremely hot all night. We didn't sleep. We made a complaint. They knew of this problem and gave us a better room for the second night. The second night was fine.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Breakfast was a mess. Only 1 person personel. Tables were not cleaned. Some ingredients were not there. The room is quite spartian and not very comfortable. We asked for two twin beds which was confirmed but we did not get it.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here in March and had a wonderful time at this really unique facility. We had 7 adults in 2 rooms, with a nice amount of space for everyone. They had really great setups with kitchenettes in rooms. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We even enjoyed the Turkish bath and spa facilities. The location was convenient, just off the shopping district, within walking distance from everything in Dijon we wanted to see. We really wished we had had more time, but what was experienced left us wanted to come back.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is wornderful, full of history, really amazing.
Cons: No bar or restaurant. Breakfast not included... so we do not know about it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Liked the kitchen and nice shower. Also liked the architecture of the hotel.
Cons: The hand soap dispenser didn't work. The fridge was too cold, but the staff was very courteous when I mentioned it.

The influence of Burgundy can be felt throughout the hotel with grape and mustard seed themes in every room and regional dishes served in our restaurants
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons: The hallways of the hotel need some renovation. Especially the 5th floor.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was ideal
Cons: We arrived in the evening and we could not find the garage for parking as there were not sufficient indications even the chap at reception did not know where it was! A tourist then told us it was literally in front of the hotel and she explained exactly how to get there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Comfortable room.
Cons: No kettle or tea/coffee making machine in the room. Had to go to the main lobby to get hot water.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Excellent catering staff. They worked very hard . Location unbeatable for walking in to town. Car park underground opposite hotel, cost 10euro a day, but worth the expense for the convenience . Complimentary tea coffee and petit croissants in the the lobby. Brilliant idea.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable , too soft with springs poking through. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The duvet was not wide enough for the bed and the duvet hung out of it’s cover. I had to remake the bed. The shower was dirty and the steps in to the shower are very dangerous. Beware they get very slippery. Reception staff distant , not one smile nor one Bonjour, from anyone .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is outstanding. Easy walk to so many interesting sites and plenty of restaurant options. Plus close to the train station.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet but central, location. Generally comfortable, cool, room with normal type bathroom fittings despite being very newly furnished. Good quality sheets and towels. Excellent breakfast for €10.
Cons: The fire escape stairs were obstructed by a surplus bed !
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel has some great features; the location is in the center of Dijon so it is close to walk to everything. The breakfast was delicious and had many options including eggs, meats, cheeses, etc. There is a dinner restaurant and a bar which is nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a good size for a multi day stay. The bathrooms are nice and the showers are full size. The rooms have windows which is a nice feature. The room was quiet and the A/C worked well.
Cons: The only thing about the room which was disappointing were the beds. They are more like cots, and are very uncomfortable and hard. They are very light so they slide around on the tile floor. We tried to push them together but this was a continual challenge. They don't include a sheet, they just put a heavy comforter on the bed which was way too hot for the warm weather.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Fabulous breakfast choice
Cons: Bathroom was a little bit tired
