Breakfast and location and friendly staff
Bathroom mouldy, poor lighting, overpriced and couldn’t close our window which was ground floor
Lock on the door. A bed with a broken divan base. Dirty net curtains at the window. Dodgy TV aerial. Poor lighting. Only one hinge on toilet seat.
Breakfast (full ERnglish) OK. Location excellent for us. Bed in Room 3 was comfortable.
First room (Room 2) had insecure window which could not be shut and locked. Room therefore changed to Room 3. Second room (Room 3) had bathroom basin which would not drain, and TV which would not work. Staff were apologetic over slow Wifi connection which, however did eventually work for us. Both rooms had very poor lighting, by which it was difficult to read. Both rooms smelt strongly of spray but windows not operational to clear it.
Great staff, easy check-in
Lovely room and breakfast. Great value and a quick walk anywhere as very central. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.
