Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests praised the hotel's central location in Douai and the friendliness of the staff. Several reviews highlighted the spacious rooms and good value for price. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues, and the lack of certain amenities such as air conditioning and elevators. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it varied and fresh, while others considered it basic. Overall, the positive atmosphere and helpful service stood out, but the hotel falls short of a true 4-star experience due to maintenance and cleanliness concerns.
