The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved was the the breakfast - possibly the worst of any Hilton property I’ve experienced. We ended up going to a restaurant.

Pros (+) The bed was very comfy!
Cons (-) The room wasn’t the cleanest., There was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. The toilet wasn’t cleaned well either. There were two staff working the breakfast bar and they couldn’t keep up with clean dishes and guest were constantly needing to ask for items to be replenished.
Pros (+) We thought a great stay was a sure thing, but I really had an awful time at this place. The location was great and the lady at check in was very kind. Those are definitely the only positive things I noticed.
Cons (-) I had a tough time sleeping as the sheets caused me to itch. No, it wasn't bed bugs, but they must use some rough detergent or something because I couldn't stop scratching. I've never had this at a hotel to be honest. Also, the lady on the phone when we were booking was extremely rude. She wasn't helpful and had an attitude that we were bugging her.
