Guests say
Most guests had negative experiences, frequently mentioning poor cleanliness, bad service, and non-functional TVs. Cockroaches and dirty rooms were common complaints, as well as rude or unhelpful staff. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location and found some staff members friendly or polite. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but the location and occasional good service were noted as highlights.
