Pros (+) Location is good, the private double bedroom is clean and comfy. Private bathroom which works well.
Cons (-) The private bedroom is on the first floor and it’s very noise. You need to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep, specially if you’re staying during the weekend. You can also hear people walking on the corridor as if they were walking inside your room.
