Staff was fantastic. Locations was very convenient.
One of rooms did not have air conditioning and was a little warm. Otherwise an excellent experience.
Reasonable hotel to stay in
Good breakfast comfortable beds
Went to concert
Good Location & nice food
Location was good, airlink & hop on hop off stop just outside, Temple bar only 10 minute walk away, food was excellent, breakfast & lunch & evening menu, concierge was helpful, luxurious / boutique feel downstairs but not in the rooms, 12pm check out & breakfast till 11am at weekends was good.
Bathroom was dirty, lighting was poor in the rooms, shower was rubbish, reception was slow, messed up our key cards & we had to go back to a massive queue to get them authorised & reception thought it was funny but it was a waste of our time. Tea / coffee in rooms poor, rooms not 4 star, dirty windows, building work being done so noisy, the lift is so slow!
Location & Bar atmosphere
Location was convenient and pub was vibrant
Construction noise was extremely loud.
Good location, very mediocre Hotel
Location was good, staff was friendly.
Our room was dissappointing. Got a Deluxe room. No air conditioning so we had to open window. Very noisy being on the street. Room was small, bathroom was small and not very nice.
No air conditioning. Very hot at night
Great luxury hotel
We stayed in one of the Georgian sweets which unfortunately didn't have an elevator but the concierge was amazing, from bringing out bags up to valeting the car to calling a cab for us to go enjoy the city. Beautiful room very comfortable bed and huge bathroom.
The only negative I would say was the service in the bar. We stopped in upon arrival to grab a quick bite to eat which did not end up being quick. It seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to eachother than helping us, and when I finally flagged the bartender down he asked us if we were in a hurry, not the kind of service you would expect from a hotel of this status. On the up side the food and drinks were great and we just opted for room service for dinner.
Location was great--close enough to walk to Temple Bar, Trinity College and many other points of interest. Staff was very helpful--upgraded our room without any trouble when we expressed our disappointment in our "superior" room. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and the one dinner we had there was very good.
Fun ends at the lobby
The purple lobby and hallways are rather awesome. The breakfast set up is well done.
Garish, uncomfortable rooms located directly over a firestation where a fire engine runs 24/7. On a busy weekend, sirens go off regularly, pigeons fly in the window if you ppem it and the staff are harried.
Loved everything! Very comfortable. Great location! Staff & service in the hotel & restaurant were very attentive, pleasant, & just all around wonderful!
Not being able to adjust the air in my room... I'm always cool by nature. Extra blankets were provided!
I was looking forward to my stay in the hotel after looking at the pictures on the website. It turned out to be a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The restaurant food was delicious!!!
I have no complaints!
Comfortable city hotel with interesting decor.
Better lighting in the rooms for reading.
Central location. Helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Quiet area of Dublin
Slightly gloomy decor - mood lighting in bedroom and public areas - would have liked some brighter lighting in bedroom
lovely breakfast, nice room, location was good. no complaints at all.
the temperature too warm
Good location for shopping and Landsdowne Rd
Location & really cozy hotel bar, decor in hotel quite funky
Lack of air in corridors & bedrooms, far too warm. no air/con in hotel
Very friendly staff. Nice room and accommodation ! We'll come back !
Rooms in older part of hotel need some renovation
courtyard room was near fire station and was a noise problem / service at restaurant was poor 2 out of 4 times
Location was great! Breakfast was wonderful.
A little high on price.
