I didn't see any breakfast area nor was the parking lot shoveled/plowed which this morning we had some snow so it would have been nice note worrying about the parking lot

The room was quite clean and comfortable the bed was good. Housekeeping was great except that there was a slight invasion of tiny ants near the window on ground level room 124 which had a security problem caused by the inner and outer window's being unlatched. There was a very helpful night shift staff person on hand Sunday night the 17th of April. Very family oriented TV shows Johnny Carson reruns Mary Tyler Moore reruns etc.

Reasonable rate for those on a budget. Far enough away from downtown to be quiet but still close to amenities.
No elevator to access the second floor. The heater in the room couldn't keep up with the single digit temps we had that day. Hot water didn't last very long. The pillows were terrible.

Beds were fine and flat screen tv was fine.
Hotel was really old, supposed to be 100% smoke free, but you could tell people were smoking. Lots of shady looking people staying there. Breakfast was very basic, juices tasted watered down. Walls were crumbling, cleanliness was questionable. Very loud, I could here people up and kids running around until late at night. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and I plan on never staying here again.
