What I liked: -Staff was friendly, but not too friendly, and very professional. -The hotel itself was great, clean, and pool was pretty sweet.
What I didn't like: -Fitness room was neglected. I found empty water cups on the treadmills. They had a Culligan water dispenser so I grab a cup and push the nozzle, and like three drops come out and its empty. So I went to front desk snack bar and bought a bottle of water. Staff only then, after realizing it was empty, replaced the water jug in the dispenser right in front of me. Rude. -Also the multi-purpose strength machine needs to be greased up. The central pulley is used on all the stations and has like 3 feet of travel. Well the first foot of travel is fine, then after that the pulleys drag on rust and stop: so instead of the pulleys rolling with the cable like they are supposed to, the cable drags along a stuck pulley - rendering any exercise useless because you essentially only get 6 inches of motion.
Staff friendly and accommodating.
Housekeeping is poor. We stayed for a week and room was barely touched with the exception of replacing towels beds were barely made and room was never vacuumed.
Clean, attractive, comfortable, quiet facilities. Professional front desk staff. Decent food for breakfast.
The first night we stayed, the elevator broke down twice. The first time, it left me stranded on the first floor. The second time, they didn't even bother to put a sign on the 3rd floor elevator door, so I waited an extremely long time to go down. Surprisingly, there is only one elevator for the entire building. Maybe they should update the controls. Also, the free desktop computers in the lobby use a very outdated Internet Explorer, and kept crashing. That should be updated also.
The location was very convenient.
Room had dead bugs on window ledge and more live bugs in room so we switched rooms and later saw bugs in hallway . Staff apologized but were insincere about the issue.
