Cons (-) Phone app or I made a mistake and two nights not one were booked. Hotel was great but Kayak only refunded me $118.00 instead of the full $154.00. Blamed it on the hotel charging more for first night, even though app shows $154.00 for both nights. Could not find phone number on app to call immediately when I saw a confirmation of 2 nights . Pros (+) Hotel was clean and in a nice location downtown
Cons (-) Many things in the room weren't working -- phone couldn't call out or down to front desk, fridge didn't cool properly, linens closest was locked shut, etc.
