Recently transformed into Pier B Resort Hotel and Silos Restaurant, the unmatched location of the hotel is near Duluth’s best local tourism and activities. Bayfront Festival Park, Canal Park, and Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, AMSOIL Arena, and University of Minnesota Duluth are all convenient to the hotel.

Along with a great restaurant, this hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center. Free Wi-Fi and free self-parking are also provided. Pros (+) The free bike rentals were very useful, the free kayaking was fun. The location is great, nearby lots of good restaurants and walking/biking distance from canal park. Room and staff were wonderful, and you can't beat free Smores by the firepits outside! Great for a couple, or for friends.
Cons (-) The air coming from the a.c. unit in our room smelled very sour, we didn't notice this until we woke up the next morning and could smell it in the air, easily traced back to the a.c.. I also wish that the kayaking wasn't limited to the small slip in front of the resort. My only other complaint was all the drunks who were hanging around the fire pits and airing out their dirty laundry, but that was...
