Pros (+) Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Had the basic breakfast that satisfied me.
Cons (-) Room too hot even when temperature lowered.

Pros (+) Everything was great. Rooms are very nice. Customer service was excellent in fixing a booking issue we had. The motel offers cool perks like free bikes you can use and free passes to the zoo across the road. Breakfast is decent. They have a nice fire ring outside. Very much a cabin feel. Truly no complaints.
Cons (-) Parking is a little limited though we always had a space it was sometimes a little further away. It a bit further from down town, so you need to Uber or drive. Neither of these issues would deter me from staying here every time I go to Duluth.

Pros (+) There were 2 dogs that hung around the lobby area. It was very welcoming and made us feel at home! The breakfast was simple but perfect. The staff was warm hearted and we will be back for any future stays
