Pros:Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Had the basic breakfast that satisfied me.
Cons:Room too hot even when temperature lowered.

Pros:Everything was great. Rooms are very nice. Customer service was excellent in fixing a booking issue we had. The motel offers cool perks like free bikes you can use and free passes to the zoo across the road. Breakfast is decent. They have a nice fire ring outside. Very much a cabin feel. Truly no complaints.
Cons:Parking is a little limited though we always had a space it was sometimes a little further away. It a bit further from down town, so you need to Uber or drive. Neither of these issues would deter me from staying here every time I go to Duluth.

Pros:There were 2 dogs that hung around the lobby area. It was very welcoming and made us feel at home! The breakfast was simple but perfect. The staff was warm hearted and we will be back for any future stays

Pros:The location would have been nice had we not woken up to hear construction. It was just beside a train track and walking trail, and plenty of greenery. The mini fridge was also nice, as well as the channel availability.
Cons:The bathroom was very small; no sink space, one person could not fit in the shower without bumping the walls, and there wasn't any lighting in the shower which made it very dark with the curtain closed.

Cons:The whirlpool is tiny and you can hear your neighbors like they're in the room with you!

Pros:The shower was very good! It almost functioned as a massage shower. Spacious room High quality absorbent towels
Cons:Whatever cleaning agents were used on the rug left a rather harsh chemical odor in the room that irritated my throat. The television remote could not be used to power the set or adjust the volume.
