At check in the price was higher than I booked it for but after showing the confirmation they matched the price good thing the manager was still on duty at that time
Location and price
Pre-pay of accommodations when it said I was paying upon arrival.
Their customer service was told several times my card wouldn't be charged due to paying cash. Second night in we got alerts from bank stating our account was negative due to two transactions from super 8 one for 538 and second was 140 so negative 678, the cost for our rooms was 538 for 4 nights and when I tried resolving issue with front desk they were rude and not helpful or comforting at any point. The owner actually told me to finish checking out if I didnt like it and get off his property. It finally took me upset and crying to Resolve my card being charged even with my cash in hand ready to pay before our stay was even complete.
Not enough variety. Waffles were less than desirable. Breakfast area was way to small...
Better breakfast, larger area to eat breakfast
The beds were clean. That’s it.
The floor was wet when we got in the room. The air conditioning unit didn’t work well.
Welcome to Durango, the heart of Colorado and number 39, old and new west. If you are looking for a little more excitement, you can swoosh down the slopes of the nearby Durango Mountain ski resort in the winter, raft the raging Animas River during the spring snow melt, or golf in the lushness of a high mountain summer at the famous Hillcrest golf course. You can finish your day by enjoying a delicious meal in any of the towns excellent restaurants and then return to your comfortable room for a good nights rest. The next morning, to speed you on your way, we provide coffee makers in all our rooms so that you can have your first cup as soon as you wake up.
