Couldn’t have been easier, their right in Baggage claim, so there were a couple people in line when I got there, so I grabbed my baggage first, when I was done the had no customers. We gave our credentials, picked the car we were offered (happened to be the make and model we reserved) and the told us where to go to get it, and we were off! Car had minor other damage than the made me aware of, but they had explained what to do, so I took pics, sent them in, and there was no issue when I returned the vehicle at the end of the trip.

I booked a Hyundai Venue or similar Compact SUV, but was offered a Toyota Camry, which is a Sedan. This is a downgrade for us. The manager would not honor the booking contract and forced us to pay for an upgrade ($180) for a compact SUV (Kia Seltos).

Had to wait almost 2 hours after our pick up time for our car due to being “detailed”. When the car came out it was filthy. Trash in the glovebox and car was hardly washed and vacuumed. Agent at the counter couldn’t care less about our delay. This location needs some adult supervision to do better.
