Cons:We arrive after closure on a Saturday, and they were not open until Monday. There were no cars at the airport Enterprise dealer. Luckily Hertz had a car for us- last one on the lot. The reservation should have more clearly indicated that we could not get the car if we arrived after 12pm on a Sat.Reviewed 9 Oct. 2016

Unorganized and condescending.Pros:NothingCons:Reserved a vehicle over the phone. Went to pick it up a couple of hours later....clerk claimed that she ".......couldn't find our phone number," in order to confirm our reservation. Upon arrival at pick up point, we were told that there "....weren't any vehicles left to rent," due to the fact that they couldn't call us. Phone number was given.Reviewed 9 Sep. 2016
