Pros (+) Clean, mostly comfortable...I have a bad back so I am always a little bit to a lot uncomfortable after hotel beds. This was better than most.

Pros (+) Guest services were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Also had a nice business room.

Cons (-) Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. Breakfast was always late. The poor broken armed boy that was handling the breakfast was worthless as a one armed boy can be.
