Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near major attractions like MetLife Stadium and American Dream Mall, and the overall cleanliness of the property. However, many guests were disappointed with the lack of amenities, ongoing construction, and issues with value for price. Several reviews also mentioned problems with shuttle service, room maintenance, and noise. Overall, while the staff and location were highlights, improvements are needed in amenities and value.
