It was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would suggest is that please clean the reception area of strong cigarette smell, that’s the first impression customers encounter. Thank you!

Charge an "incidentals" charge to your card equal to 1 nights stay. Only possible incidentals are the safe $1.50 and phone. Its actually a damage security deposit. When you make a non-refundable reservation with any of kayaks vendors you aren't notified of this prior to making reservation.
CLEANING STAFF DID A GOOD JOB. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ORDERLY ON MY ARRIVAL EVERY EVENING AND THE MADE SURE I HADD THE EXTRA COFFEE SUPPLIES THAT I REQUESTED.

The place is old. Duct tape holding carpet down. Doors stick. Rooms have musty smell

It was convenient to the highway anS the price was right.
The room was small. The bed was not comfortable. Although it was supposed to be a non smoking room, the room and the hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff were bored and listless. The entire experience was depressing.
The location is ideal. It is just off the interstate and between golfing and the casino.
The mattress in the room we stayed in was very flat and uncomfortable.
