Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and airport access. The service and staff were frequently highlighted as friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned in several reviews. However, many guests found the rooms to be quite small, and there were mixed feelings about bed comfort. Noise was an issue for some, especially in rooms near busy areas or nightclubs. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.

Location of the hotel is good because it’s near restaurants and walking distance from Waverley station. If you’re staying in their suites and over a weekend, be weary as the suites are over the Ratpack Bar which is extremely loud with live music till 3 AM. Plus there were several loud people walking around outside on the street and inside the hotel hallways at odd hours.
