Very helpful staff who went out of their way for us
Location, easy walk from the railway station. Clean room.
The bed in the room was crammed against one wall making it difficult to get in and out. Basic bathroom facilities. Noisy and very busy. Maintenance could have been better. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Paint peeling off in the bathroom.
Super comfy bed
Carpet was dirty. Towels thin and scratchy. We had no information in the room about the hotel or restaurant. Didn’t know till we left that we could have ordered room service.
Room was comfortable and staff were friendly and professional. We slept well in our comfy beds and the food was great. Jurys Inn is perfectly located close to Waverly Station an a short walk to the Royal Mile and other tourist hotspots and nearby restaurants.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Rooms very tired Windows looked like they had never been cleaned Corridors were never hovered and at end of corridor used laundry was stored on the FLOOR.The only thing good about this hotel was location
Located in the Old Town portion of the city, Jurys Inn Edinburgh can be found on Jeffrey Street, which is only a short distance from the Royal Mile. Within short walking distance, guests at Jurys Inn can find Waverley Station and the bus station.
There are 186 guest rooms available in Jurys Inn, and they feature soft and spacious beds. The ensuite is stocked with complimentary toiletries, and there is also a flat-screen TV and W-Fi access. Many of the rooms are wheelchair accessible with wider doorways and lower beds.

There are plenty of attractions nearby for those with more leisure time. Edinburgh Castle has been standing since the 12th century, and it offers plenty of history and photo opportunities. Just 12 minutes from the hotel is the National Museum of Scotland, which showcases everything from dinosaurs to fashion. It is a favorite with kids and families. Holyrood Park is a good spot for bird watching or hiking. One of the top attractions in Edinburgh is the Royal Yacht Britannia which offers tea at the Royal Deck Tea Room.
