Great central location for everything. Friendly staff, and clean and tidy facilities. We were only there for one night but it was quiet despite being on a busy street.
Location good, no breakfast available
The room was a tad small. There was a restaurant underneath our room, so a tad noisy until after midnight.
The fact the desk clerk held of bags so we could meet a dinner reservations.
It was NOTHING like the photos on the website. Small dingy, very NOISY. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Great time to Edinburgh.....but avoid the place !!
Friendly staff, good location, hot shower.
down the hall from my room there was a restaurant. Starting at 19:00 it was very noisy and my room had strong smells. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work either. Maintenance in general is needed.
it was a short walk to princess street and the playhouse
There was a stale smell in the corridor and the room could’ve done with a coat off paint a bit expensive for the price I thought, been at other hotels and better ones for cheaper prices
