The location with a full view over The Dead Sea form the spacious balcony is realy stunning. The bed is very big (I think it was 2 meters wide). The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom with a shower and a seperate bathtub. The hotel offers enough entertainment and the are some nice souvenir shops in the loby. The loby itself is impresive, with an indoor garden with waterfalls. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. A free shuttle is available to drive you to the beach, if you have walking difficulties. The hotel offers a breakfast with a lot of variation. We loved it!
Is was very crowded during breakfast. There are different locations to get the different types of food in the restaurant. The concept is nice, but we had to wait in line several times. (to get omelet, at the bread table, saladbar and beverage machines) Not a problem at all for us, but there were a lot of old people that were struggeling a bit because they had to walk from one place to another with their plate in hand. The restaurant doesn't have a flat floor but has different levels with steps. Very beautiful planned but a bit risky for people with walking difficulties and for children to walk around with a plate. Also you need to know the rooms are offered to families of 4. But the bed couch only fits one person. Our youngest daughter had to sleep with us in the bed. This was not a problem, because the bed was wider than a normal kingsize bed. (I think it was 2 meters wide at least). But it is good to keep this in mind.
Outstanding. Excellent location. Clean modern facility. Fantastic food. I was happy with the spa treatments. Has everything you would want at a Dead Sea resort. I think it's one of the better ones at the Dead Sea. I will return without even thinking about it.
Breakfast with wide selection of bakery products, fruits, vegetables, fish and cheese; excellent variety and very good service. Lack of any meat products caused maybe by sabbath. Clean and nice. Big rooms with the sea view as requested. Furniture a little bit threadbare, the same with walls in the rooms. Hotel anyhow very specious and elegant, scent of the luxury in the air (including special spray) :-) Private beach only for the hotel guests. Dancing music in the elevators.
Ridiculous places around the hotel with the mixture of the free and paid parking for cars. No logic behind. We got the ticket while going for coffee to the shopping gallery mixed with the cafes and McDonald. Personnel at night in the reception a little bit homelike.
very large selection of food in a large dining room that was necessary for the large number of guests.
Room was clean, hotel is beautiful! Location is good and private beach is very nice as well.
Entertainment is very Hebrew centric not a lot for the non Israeli tourist. Asked for room service to have a small dinner, but they could only serve tuna salads and non vegetarian sandwiches due to Shabbat, meanwhile there is a $60USD dinner buffet serving plenty of dishes. Went to the front desk and I was told you eat at the buffet or outside the hotel. Very limited food options in the area, one McDonald’s and a couple cafes.
