“The common area at Kaulem was peaceful and comfortable. It was nice that staff provide cafe services so we could order a tea or coffee at any time. The breakfast was good. The box lunch we ordered to go was okay. The room was comfortable enough and relatively spacious although not as sparkling clean as I would like. The afternoon/evening staff person was absolutely wonderful- friendly, helpful and accommodating. The morning person was nice enough but not quite as enthusiastic. Overall, a comfortable stay in El Chalten.”

“Such a warm and well decorated place located right at the base of the sendero Laguna Torre. Always welcoming, nice decor, rooms and linens are top quality and it was a great place to relax after hikes and watch as others came down from the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, great boxed lunch and the design of the hotel is beautiful. They have a cafe and games to play in case the weather is not cooperative. Great stay.”
