The security deposit is too high. There was no cable
Modern amenities. Late check-in after 1am but manager had fallen asleep at the desk when I had issues about WiFi. Ended up connecting via Comcast account instead of hotel WiFi. No accommodation for late checkout, refused to even accept IHG. Disappointed.
This is a niche hotel for millenials. Not necessarily for business travelers- Connected to offisite WiFi to get work done. Exorbitant room deposit: room had a Yoga Set, huge space-consuming yoga ball. No microwave in room. TV channels weren¿t HD.
Great hotel for a quiet, calm night, clean hotel with AMAZING beds and cool showers for a great stay. Highly recommend

The hotel GM was the most rude, disrespectful, and judgmental person I have came across in a long time. She most definitely does not have good customer service skills and shouldn't be a GM and shouldn't be working with the public or individuals

The service was horrible. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the free breakfast. When I asked about the breakfast, I was told that, due to COVID, they would not be serving it. My room was not cleaned each day as is customary.
