Pros (+) - Price - Staff was nice enough - Late checkout - Seems VERY geared towards 'Extended Stay'
Cons (-) - dirty/run down rooms (broken toilet seat and shower curtain rod) - room near laundry (Very Loud) - dirty bed sheets (uncleaned) - trash cans full when we checked in - all around icky experience
