The staff were really friendly and it was very clean. The room was huge
our room was situated on the street side of the hotel so was quite noisy at night. This was not enough to promt a request to switch rooms though

said that internet available in all the hotel, actually only on the ground floor and actually was not working for the 3 days we stayed in. Breakfast was fighting with the bees to get the marmelade

The breakfast is quite poor and the furnishings very basic. It is not an intimate environment. The rates are high when compared with other establishments of a similar or better quality

Delightful old house; excellent breakfast brought on request to sunny roof terrace; relaxed atmosphere; central location.
Extremely noisy and rather dark bedroom but immediately on complaining we were offered a lovely light and quiet one near the roof terrace. Excellent!

Too big for a riad with so many rooms, but nevertheless a pleasant hotel in the middle of the Medina.
The staff promised to make a booking for dinner somewhere else, but when we arrived this particular restaurant had not received the booking and we could not dine there.
