The room was a nice size.
The restaurant was closed due to the ceiling leaked. The ghost tours were canceled and the self-tour was not very informative and didn't take you to the basement. The heater/ac unit made horrible noises when it came on. The staff seemed to be annoyed not very helpful. The beds were not comfortable.
The views and the pizza at the sky bar.
AC/heat did not work, no hot water, tiny room (paid for king premium suite, did not expect it to be so small). Overpriced for what I received.
Dogs everywhere. Skylight in our room. Mini fridge & coffee.
Super slow elevator. The line rang and rang at 8:30 on a Sunday night to order pizza to our room. The girl who answered was rude & placed us on hold for another 2 minutes before we gave up. Easy to walk into the middle of the ghost tours. Water is either hot or cold. Needs touch up paint in the room in places, including the bathroom.
Staff was very friendly and hotel was well kept with lots of history.
The pillows were not comfortable.
We liked our room and the location of the property. The surrounding grounds was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.
There wasn’t good water pressure in the shower. The knob to control the temperature was really loose, which made the water temperature go from very cool to very hot. It made taking a shower difficult.
