Pros:Clean, modern room with good wifi. Continental breakfast in the morning, so you can grab something quick on the way out. Nice restaurant/bar located right in the hotel. Convenient to the highway and Fairfield attractions.
Cons:There was nowhere to sit in the room except for the bed. A desk and chair, or at least a chair would have been nice.

Cons:I arrived late in the evening Tuesday 10/23 at Hotel Hi-Ho to find out the reservation I had made had Failed to be received. After 15 minutes on hold they were able to find my reservation that had been made and paid for but wasn't received by the Hotel. They explained that this can happen with 3rd party booking sites (which is never has for me before) and they were fully booked for the night. It was a very inconvenient experience and has made me trust booking through a third-party site far less then before this experience.

Pros:I was passing through over the holidays, this is a great place to stay in Connecticut, I would definitely stay here again when I come through next time. Very comfortable beds, updated rooms, nice staff, and free breakfast in a hip setting.

Pros:This is a very nice, clean boutique type motel/hotel and is a great deal. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location convenient. Some reviews I read complained that it was a motel because the entrances to the rooms are on the outside of the building rather than inside but that was fine with me. Very reasonably priced and I would happily stay there again.

Pros:Desk staff friendly, rooms are small but clean and nice. Bar/restaurant ant downstairs is great and very convenient to the Merrit Parkway. Beds are comfortable and the decor is nice.
Cons:At each stay the cleaning staff follows up numerous times before checkout deadline to clean the room whether your do not disturb sign is present or not. During this stay after being harassed twice earlier, during last half hour before checkout deadline the cleaning staff followed up twice. On the second time after telling them 10 mins they asked if we were checking out today. Has happened on each visit (4+ times) so not an isolated incident. Would be nice to have refrigerators in the room,some rooms have desks, some do not.

Pros:Roger was one of the best employee with excellent customer service. My gf was in a bit of a bad mood but he turned her mood upside down and gave us options to choose different rooms to our liking. EXCELLENT. would come back here for the 4th time again!
