Cons (-) the price in outrage high and the customer service straight out sucked the woman at the desk was rude
Pros (+) Location is great, but the hotel itself is pretty old and could use some TLC on the exterior.
Cons (-) Smoking and non-smoking rooms are on the same floor so you have no choice but to deal with the smell of smoke in the hallway as you come and go from your "non-smoking" room. It would be nice if they separated smoking and non-smoking by floor instead, and put smokers on the top floor to reduce the risk of smoke moving between floors.
