The guys at the pick up and drop off stations were very kind. Because of traffic we were bit late and we didnt get charged more cuz of that. This service i very liked. Of my point of view there is nothing to make better!

pick up was easy. as well as drop off. friendly staff. As reported, it had mechanical issues- failed back up camera, radio did not work. couldn't figure out doom light to come on when opeing door and so dark had hard time finding even key hole. tried different things. Called hoping to find easy fix with camera and radio and was refered back and forth to emergency road service, which I did not need, and to someone taking calls to place of pick up and back to number for service, and back again and then told to bring it in and exchange cars, but it was now after hours and I just gave up driving it that way.

I rented through kayak and thought I was getting a caravan. When I picked it up they said they had no vans as they were all in the shop. I was given a huge gmc Yukon Denali Nice car but too big for this grandma to drive and park. I took it but returned it 3 days later for a ford escape which was small. They were Nice about the return but the inventory was too limited. Big or small car. Easy rent and return.

The lady at the counter was very nice but she botched my email address even after i spelled it out for her - maybe my southern accent was not easy to understand. she was very helpful otherwise

Cars were overbooked. They could not honor my reservation. I was left without a car.

The Hertz process for extending your vehicle is very difficult - anything after 6pm is very difficult to contact support and speak with an actual human - the automated call center is extremely frustrating as it continuously prompts you deal with it online, and when trying to do online bookings/ vehicle rental extensions, it routes you back to call the same call center number -UGH what a nightmare! Ended up charging me for 2 extra days - smacking me with huge overage fees and additional $200 deposits. All other parts of this rental experience were relatively nice.

The service at hertz could have been better. The women behind the desk didn’t explain a lot. I found out that I had paid a additional 250 dollars. I had to find out myself that I get this money back when returning the car. It was nice if they had told this to me.

The “Jetta” or similar was not ready as I got there a bit early so they put me in a black convertible Mustang! It was a wonderful unexpected surprise!

We liked that the counter was right in the airport and close to the baggage carousel. We loved that it was easy to get our car from the lot.

There was no customer service rep when we arrived. No email notification only a counter sign of no representative and no available/limited inventory. Luckily Alamo was open and had inventory.
