Pros:Clean car, friendly staff.Cons:Too long of a line to pick up the rental. There were 5 people ahead of us in line at the Flagstaff airport, and with one person behind the counter it literally took 45 mins to wait for our car.Reviewed 17 Jul. 2017

Pros:Customer service at the counter was great-- very friendly and helpful staff! I ended up getting a much nicer car than I had originally reserved due to low inventory at the same price as my original rental. The car was absolutely perfect and I had a blast enjoying the freedom it gave me while I was on my trip.Cons:The underage driver charge is rough, but that was to be expected. Additionally, there wasn't very much flexibility in drop off location for a cancelled flight-- driving the car from FLG to PHX would have doubled the cost of my rental just to turn the car in at a different location.Reviewed 8 Feb. 2017
