Pros (+) I slept ok
Cons (-) Staff did not honor noon checkout. Knocked & entered at 11:30 & called at 11:50 despite do not disturb & noon checkout. 12:05 conversation at checkout insincerely apologized & attempted to defend staff (now eating in lobby) actions... say what you mean/mean what you say as far as checkout. I would've left sooner & been less irritated & there would have been no awkward conversations

Cons (-) Rooms are smaller than expected for the 2 queen beds. Very small area to eat breakfast. Only 5 small tables for the whole hotel to eat.

Cons (-) Terrible breakfast service. You are lucky if you can find all dishes. Each dish or food item is brought to the dining room at different times. People wait for an hour to get scrambled egg or oatmeal, for example. Front desk staff is very unfriendly.

Pros (+) I've never wanted to sleep naked in a bed that wasn't mine, however, I did at this hotel. Wonderful chain!
Cons (-) I didn't like that We had to leave after one night.
