Cons (-) Paid online, no reservation found. Forced to pay again!!! Spent 2 hours at front desk, no one could help. Total disaster. Book elsewhere, stay elsewhere. Huge hassle. Next day they found reservation after I paid twice for room. What a joke.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent and central location, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Cleanliness is frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and public areas. The breakfast receives praise for its variety and quality. However, some guests experienced issues with service, such as unprofessional reception staff, delayed room readiness, and occasional lack of communication. Noise from neighboring rooms and outdated amenities like gym equipment and TVs are also mentioned as areas for improvement. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, especially for location and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
